Yes, (I read it all) I admire Ron Paul and many of his ideas are fresh and exciting. I do not, however, feel he is an electable person. I felt the same way about another candidate that ran as a 3rd party a few yrs ago (Perot).
Both of these men 'should' have been President but with an unthinking, brainwashed by Liberal teachers public school educated electorate combined with a Media that has lost their values and do not report truth – there was and is no chance in my mind. But I also thought that Forbes and Romney should have been President, too.
I do think we should kick every politician out of office and elect from people that are successful in business, have a moral code and a work ethic, an understanding of economics and finance.
I don't see that happening.
What I see happening is America going to her knees with Obama's financial burden laid on her and his shaming of her world-wide, his price setting and socialization that is losing more jobs every day, then will come the fuel and food shortages, angry people out of work, food and fuel will riot. Then he can declare Martial Law and then he can move right in to the dictator seat or throne if Michelle prefers.

With McCain you are more likely to lose your health coverage as it will be a pre-existing condition and the insurance company would have the right to refuse to give you insurance. Your family won't be able to replace that insurance with the $5,000.00 tax credit which doesn't go to you but to the insurance company and you will be charged tax on any money that your husband's company pays to an insurance company.
With Obama, he wants to work on negioating better coverage for EVERYONE even those that stay on their company plans by not having the tax payers having to pick up the costs of emergency room visits for the uninsured. He wants to work with drug companies to reduce the costs of drugs too for those of us in the US. Seems strange that the same exact drugs sold here are just a fraction of the cost in Canada, Mexico and Europe.
Obama is definitely better for you and your family when it comes to medical coverage.

Actually, no. But loads have and many have not understood it properly.
I am amazed that so many Americans are not aware about Obama’s healthcare plans. During the election, he campaigned for these changes stating that he felt it was unfair to have a system where insurance companies try to escape paying claims.
Remember, he was elected to bring in these changes, elected by the American people who want healthcare reform. And he discussed his plans in debates with McCain, and he still won the election.
First of all, too many people do not know that Obama wants to make insurance more available to all. His system is similar to that which works in Holland, Taiwain and Switzerland. It works there and private healthcare companies provide most the insurance to the people there.
FACT – the USA spends more on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on the planet.
FACT – insurance companies admit that they push up costs, buy politicians and do not pay out for many claims when they should.
FACT – the US has higher death rates for kids aged under five than western European countries with universal health coverage.
That means that a dead American four year old would have had a better chance of life if they were born in Canada, France, the Netherlands, Cuba, Switzerland, Germany, Japan etc, all of which have universal health coverage. And no western European nation with universal healthcare has moved away from it.
Remember, I back my facts up with evidence. Those who say they are wrong tend not to. If they are wrong, e-mail me with proof and let me know.

There are examples of wordiness in every sentence.
The only power grab of recent note was the Bush administration's attempts to railroad congress with things like the secretly drafted energy bill, illegal wiretapping of citizens, replacement of judicial appointees because of their political or religious convictions … the list goes on. I find the critique pitifully short on details and facts and based entirely on hearsay. Does it cite any pages or paragraphs in the legislation? NO. This is not a scholarly article. It is the ranting of a partisan bloviator. He should bloviate up his own a– and stop wasting our time.
